The challenge in renovating this 1-bedroom apartment of less than 40 sqm was to make it seem as though the wall had been pushed back and create a functional home! We removed the partition wall between the entrance and the living room to create a sense of greater space.

Small kitchen, loads of storage!

The small but perfectly-formed kitchen has all the hallmarks of one much larger! It is ultra-functional, combining quality materials such as wood, artisan zellij tiles, brass finishes with design-led accents for a superbly modern look.

A magical bathroom

Previously located in the entrance of the flat, we decided to create the new and feminine bathroom on the bedroom side, to optimise the space. Our architect designed a bathroom with soft, pastel tones. Fancy scalloped tiles were paired with powder pink tones and brushed brass taps and accessories. The result is bright and stylish!
