The living room opens into this grand reading room with full-height bookshelves designed by our architect. An inverted arch brings graphic decoration to the cabinet fronts. The Eucalyptus colour matches that used in the entrance hall.
Upstairs, the undereaves bathrooms were designed for maximum functionality and high-level esthetics: a mostly-white background is brought to life with graphic and colourful vintage-style floor tiling.
This home was filled with attractive and interesting details. I wanted to keep the period features, add some modern touches and introduce as much light as possible. I just had to bring these ideas all together!
