FEASIBILITY SURVEY
Before you make any commitments, a project manager and an MCH architect will accompany you to survey the property you wish to renovate in order to study the feasibility of your project. <br> They note your particular requirements and specifications, and record measurements and any obvious technical constraints.
This is the opportunity to discuss your expectations in more detail with our team!
FEASIBILITY MEETING
7-10 days after visiting the property, your dedicated team meets you at the agency to jointly validate the feasibility of your project. Your architect and your project manager present:
. Modelling of the existing plan and the project plan according to your renovation request
. A detailed cost estimate
. The timeline of the stages of your project (key stages, likely duration of the works)
The goal: to determine the feasibility of your project before launching its design!



Design
DESIGN MEETINGS
It takes an average of 5 design meetings with your dedicated MCH architect to create and personalise your project before renovation work can begin. Consultations take place at the agency or by videoconference.
Each meeting focuses on a specific theme towards developing your project design step by step:
. Validation of the project plan/layout
. Selection of materials
. Validation of electrical plans
. Validation of supplies and custom joinery
. Final validation of the completed design before the start of the work
The design stage requires an average of 5 weeks to complete. Once everything has been validated, work can begin!



Production
RENOVATION WORKS
Once the design has been approved, work typically begins within 1 week!
Your site is closely followed by your project manager, your direct contact, and isoverseen by your site supervisor.
PERSONALISED FOLLOW-UP THROUGHOUT YOUR PROJECT
During the works phase, your dedicated team provides regular progress updates:
. A report with photos and videos is produced twice a week via WhatsApp
. An on-site meeting is organised every two weeks
Your works supervisor and your project manager are also available by phone and on WhatsApp from Monday to Friday from 8am – 8pm.



Delivery
PRACTICAL COMPLETION
Building works are finished!
The team in charge of your project (project manager, architect, site supervisor) are present at the end-of-works meeting. During this appointment we review the work done and check it has been properly carried out before recording the practical completion of the work. The services supplied are checked against the contract and noted in the delivery report.
Following delivery, Mon Concept Habitation offers you a day of DIY assistance to help you put the finishing touches to your decoration!
