Our aim was to create a second bedroom and to optimise storage space, which was sorely lacking. The design phase is very well managed, allowing us to make our apartment “unique and personalised”. Next, comes the works phase, with thorough supervision on the part of the site supervisor, who was our main contact during this stage, facilitating and centralising all requests. Considerable follow-up, frequent exchanges, with some amendments at our request. A pro attitude and clean work by all.

That MCH pays attention to customer requirements and satisfaction is clearly felt at every stage, most reassuring when you are not particularly used to having work done. Finally, and I emphasise, the team was available until resolution of the last snags and even beyond.

I entrusted the total renovation of my apartment to MCH. The project progressed quickly, the budget was updated as the project progressed following my requests and MCH adapted to these requests while providing me with advice. MCH took the time to refine the finishes, and to call in a parquet specialist, which shows strong customer orientation! Since finishing the project, MCH has always been available to answer my questions and give advice.
