🚿 Une SDB optimisée au m2⁠
⁠
La surface de cette salle d'eau est de 2 m2. Auparavant, il n'y avait qu'un WC et un petit lavabo. Nous avons créé un espace douche de 90x90cm et déplacé la cloison des WC pour agrandir de quelques m2 la nouvelle salle d'eau. ⁠
Les placards ont été aménagés pour créer un maximum de rangements. ⁠

The floorspace of this bathroom is just 2 sqm (21.5 sq ft) There used to be only a toilet and small sink here. We fitted a 90x90cm shower and rearranged the walls to create a new shower room. ⁠The cupboards have been fitted out to create as much storage space as possible. ⁠ ⁠

🤓 Une chambre atypique ⁠⠀

Cette petite chambre est pour le moins originale. Elle s'inscrit dans un studio de..20 m2 ! Nous y avons placé une tête de lit avec un éclairage intégré ainsi que des petites niches et une tablette en noyer pour plus de rangements. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
En face du lit, on retrouve un petit bureau, une création sur mesure en chêne.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
Quant au dressing, nous avons utilisé un caisson de 2 m ainsi qu'une sur-élévation ajustée, pour qu'il s'élève sur toute la hauteur. À l'intérieur, des tablettes, des tringles et des espaces pour le frigo et le micro-ondes. ⁠⠀

This neat bedroom is a corner of a studio flat with a floorspace of just 20sqm (215 sq ft)! We created the headboard with integrated lighting, storage alcoves and a walnut-veneer shelf on top. ⁠⠀

Opposite the foot of the bed, is a small made-to-measure desk adjoining a full-height adapted cupboard that cleverly hides away from general view a fridge, a⁠ microwave oven, clothes-hanging space and yet more storage shelves. ⁠⠀

⭐️ Une rénovation haut de gamme dans les délais - Projet Erasme ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
Nos clients avaient vécu auparavant une expérience négative lors de la rénovation de leur précédent appartement. Pour ce nouvel achat, ils souhaitaient une solution intégrée, sérieuse, capable de garantir les délais pour l'arrivée de leur nouvel enfant. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
🛠 Le chantier de ce projet a été lourd car nous avions d'importants travaux à exécuter avec des matériaux compliqués (grands carreaux dans la SDB, des menuiseries chiadées, etc.) ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
Il y a eu ainsi des inversions de pièces, la salle de bain a pris la place de l'ancienne cuisine et la cuisine actuelle s'est invitée dans la salle à manger/salon. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
📘 Pour les menuiseries travaillées, nous avons par exemple investi les alcôves du salon afin de donner forme à cette immense bibliothèque. Création sur mesure, elle permet de mettre en valeur la cheminée d'époque et de camoufler les chauffages de la pièce. Dans les chambres, des rangements semi sur mesure prennent place. Afin d'épouser toute la hauteur des pièces, nous avons utilisé des rangements @ikeafrance et des sur caissons. ⁠⠀

📘 Une bibliothèque unique en son genre ⁠

Projet Erasme - Afin de sublimer la cheminée d'époque et créer des rangements malins, nos équipes ont construit cette bibliothèque sur mesure. Pour ce faire, nous avons utilisé du bois MDF peint en bleu. ⁠
⁠
Des découpes supplémentaires ont eu lieu afin de créer de jolis cache-radiateurs qui s'ouvrent via un système de push-pull #MonConceptHabitation⁣⁠

Erasme Project – To create storage solutions and show off the period fireplace to best advantage, our teams created this custom shelving. We used MDF wood finished with blue paint. ⁠

Additional cut-out panels were made to create pretty radiator covers that open via a push-pull system. #MonConceptHabitation⁣⁠

Projet Erasme - Le salon et la salle à manger étaient auparavant séparés par un mur. Vous pouvez remarquer au plafond les vestiges de cette séparation. Nous avons supprimé le mur afin de créer une grande pièce de vie de 40 m2. ⁠

Cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons installé, le long du mur de la salle à manger, une élégante cuisine linéaire. ⁠

The living room and dining room were previously separate rooms, as the demarcation at ceiling level still shows. We removed the wall to create a large living space of 40 sqm (430 sq ft). ⁠⁠ ⁠

Projet Erasme - Dans les chambres des enfants, nous avons optimisé la belle hauteur sous plafond (2m80) pour créer des rangements afin d'y placer les vêtements et les jouets. ⁠

La particularité de la douche de notre projet Erasme est qu'elle est munie de 2 douches ! Il s'agissait d'une demande spéciale de nos clients pour permettre à chacun de se laver le matin avant le travail 😉⁠
